Raising a concern or making a complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell us — we would far rather hear about it and put it right. You can speak to a member of the team at the time, telephone the practice on 046 908 5555, or write to us at 72B Flower Hill, Navan, Co. Meath, or by email to info@flowerhillmedical.ie. Complaints are acknowledged promptly, investigated fairly, and responded to in writing.

If you feel your concern has not been resolved by the practice, you may contact the HSE's feedback service, Your Service, Your Say, or the Office of the Ombudsman.
